With the Chinese New Year and graduation season upon us, we hope you are looking forward to your upcoming trip.To ensure your stay is comfortable and smooth, we would like to make a few requests.
(1) If you are in the same group of guests
When you check in, we may ask you to inform us in advance if you would like the same group of guests to be placed near your room.Please note that although we would like to accommodate your request as much as possible, we may not be able to do so due to circumstances on the day of your stay.

(2) About changes to meals
We are unable to accept changes to the meal on the day. If you have any requests, please contact us in advance.Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the circumstances.

为了确保您的旅途舒适、顺利，我们想提出几点要求。

お客様のご要望にできるだけお応えしたいと思っておりますが、当日の状況により、ご希望に添えない場合もございますことをご了承ください。

②食事の変更について
食事内容につきましては、当日に変更をお受けすることができません。ご希望がある場合は、事前にご相談いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
